How can it be so much cheaper than a normal project?

What's the difference between a POC and a proposal?
If the approach needs proving — you want to see it actually work on your data before committing — we build a small proof of concept. If what's needed is already clear, we skip straight to a written proposal. Either way you see the fixed quote before any build work starts.
Do I have to replace the systems I already use?
Usually not. Most of what we do is making the systems you already pay for talk to each other properly. Replacing something is a last resort, not a starting point.
Is my data safe if AI is involved?
AI is used as a build tool — to generate configuration and integration work during implementation — not as somewhere your business data gets dumped. What the finished solution does with your data is agreed with you up front and documented.
What if the automation doesn't do what we agreed?
The scope is written into the quote before work starts, and your team tests on real cases before go-live. If it doesn't do what was agreed, it isn't finished.
Who owns what you build?
You do — the systems, the configuration and the documentation. If you ever want to take it in-house or hand it to someone else, nothing is locked up.
Do I need a website to work with you?
No. Websites and hosting are a separate, additional offering at R299 a month. Plenty of clients take the automation work on its own.
